Summary: | This paper aims to present an integrated framework that leads to the development of a resilient management system in wind power plants. In this regard, effective enablers were explored based on theoretical and practical procedures. It means that in addition to the role of research works conducted in this field in determining the enablers, the opinions of experts working in the relevant wind power industry were also effective. Then, the fuzzy DEMATEL-ANP approach was applied to evaluate the identified enablers. The categorisations and interrelations among these enablers are discussed. In the implementation of this framework, enablers are ranked based on their Total Priority Index (TPI). The results revealed that the 'infrastructure' is the most important dimension and the 'wind power integration', 'operational and cross-border control of wind power system' and 'flexibility of wind power system capacity and storage' are three important enablers playing significant roles. Hence, energy managers should pay more attention on these dimensions and enablers to improve the management system resilience in the wind power plant. Subsequently, it can result in time and cost savings leading to more advantages and a sustainable energy future. |
