Summary:Abstract Cutaneous Legionella infection is rare and primarily seen in immunosuppressed patients. Herein, we present a case of cutaneous and pulmonary legionellosis presenting with fever and erythematous subcutaneous nodules in a neonate with severe combined immunodeficiency.
