En tenant compte de la dilution isotopique causée par la croissance des larves de
Plodia interpunctella (Hübn.), nous établissons un nouveau concept, la ‘période biochimique’ du radiophosphore. Pour cet insecte, elle est de 1,6 jour. La période biologique est de 4,6 jours et le taux de renouvellement du phosphore chez les larves de 8 jours est supérieur de 22 pour cent à celui des larves de 20 jours. |
