Summary:The aim of the research is to evaluate the educational environment in the schools of Mosul and evaluate the teaching skills for the appliances of physical education and find the relationship between the teaching skills for the physical education and the educational environment in the schools of the city of Mosul. A questionnaire was prepared, and after the scientific conditions were fulfilled from sincerity and stability, it was the most important results. The reality of the material educational environment in the schools of Mosul does not meet all the conditions of teaching practice of physical and sports education. The level of quality of teaching skills for the physical education subjects teaching in the schools of Mosul is moderate In addition to there is a positive correlation with statistically significant between the educational environment and teaching skills for the physical education subjects according to the educational environment in the schools of Mosul, and the most important recommendations were the necessity of the appropriate educational environment in schools to advance sports education and the need to provide material and moral support for teachers and teachers of physical education to motivate them I have to perform their duty in a better way.
