This review article aims to elucidate the multifaceted importance of benzimidazole-based compounds and their derivatives within these spheres. The paper starts by establishing the pivotal role of benzimidazoles in human health and pharmaceutical applications. A comprehensive examination of their therapeutic utility in treating and managing various diseases is undertaken, underscoring the compounds' potent biological activities and clinical relevance.
