Clinical Effets of the Microchip for Identification in Dogs

Eleven dogs subcutaneously received commercially available microchips for identification. None of them showed general and local clinical disorders for one monthafter implantation. No moving of the chips from the implanted site was observed, and reading of the code number was simple and easy.
