Summary:Cities are related to the flow of civilization of mankind. Since the beginning of cities blocks were linked to environmental conditions in its construction, the emergence and functioning. Urboecological aspect of city planning are inevitable and necessary to make this type of settlement had of peoples sense. Programming and planning of city development from economic, social, urban and spatial and functional urboecological based on the premises. Strategic concepts of urban planning and construction of urban settlements without it will not achieve its purpose or the city can be a comfortable place of living of its people. Urban planning should meet all the needs of the city's quality of life: economic, social and health well-being of its inhabitants. Segments of preserved nature (green areas, water reservoirs, etc.) are very important for the health of urban residents, are part of the urban environment to provide conditions for recreation, residents, the revitalization of the urban environment and improve the aesthetic norms, and quality of life of urban residents.
