Summary:As this paper takes the engine assemble line of a car’s general assemble line as the research subject, with the line balance tools to analyze the bottleneck of the production line,we put forward the corresponding method of determining the bottleneck workstation . And according to the principle and method of production line balance, we have studied from several aspects to improve and optimize the bottleneck workstation. The proposed methods and measures have reached the expected goal through the test and application of a bottleneck workstation.
