Summary:This paper shortly reviews the potential of plants associated microorganisms collectively termed “phytomicrobiome” (epiphytes, endophytes, root microbiome and phyllosphere microbiota), fungi and bacteria, that produce valuable molecules which can be use in pharma industry, in medicine and in different other industries as well as in environment protection and bioremediation. In the last ten years many papers on this subject were issued following scientific investigations, attracting the attention of the scientific community as an answer to some of our problems.
