Summary:The goal of the paper is to attain most effective resolution of redundancy allocation problem to optimize system reliability of a rubber plant by scrutiny of results utilizing the COGA with imprecise cost constraint. RAP could be distinguished as non-Poisson problem which calculates system’s reliability assuming some specified constraints. This technique is utilized to allocate the most effective redundancy approach for every part to spice up the reliability of the manufacturing or other systems. It is an attempt to solve RAP for industrial and manufacturing system which has not been carried out by earlier researchers.
