Summary:The history of Islamic culture is one of the subjects owned by Madrasah students as an important subject that aims to shape the character and personality of the community. One of the causes of SKI subjects being difficult to understand and learn is the historical learning of something that happened not experienced by students, as well as the lack of compatibility between students' abilities and the way of delivering the material, Teachers must determine teaching strategies that are adapted to the abilities of students, easy to understand. Therefore, this study aims to provide practical consideration in real-life situations. In this study, the research process began with the first cycle after the initial test was carried out. This study will reveal the problems that occur in the study of Islamic Cultural History using the group mind map method, with the theme of the Ayyubid Dynasty. Based on the results of the action research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that: The application of learning using the Mind Mapping learning method can increase student positive activity, it can be seen from each meeting that positive student activity cycles increased from cycle I by 40.63%, 53.13%, 63.28%, and 77.34%, and with the increase in the average result of the postest value at the end of the 1st cycle to the 1st meeting to the 2nd cycle,  namely 2.42%, 12.25%, 17.33%, and 26.45%. ABSTRAKSejarah kebudayaan Islam merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang dimiliki oleh siswa Madrasah sebagai mata pelajaran penting yang bertujuan untuk membentuk karakter dan kepribadian masyarakat. Salah satu penyebab mata pelajaran SKI sulit dipahami dan dipelajari  adalah pembelajaran sejarah tentang sesuatu yang terjadi tidak dialami oleh siswa, serta kurangnya kesesuaian antara kemampuan siswa dengan cara penyampaian materi, Guru harus menentukan strategi mengajar yang disesuaikan dengan kemampuan siswa, mudah dipahami. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pertimbangan praktis dalam situasi kehidupan nyata. Dalam penelitian ini, proses penelitian dimulai dengan siklus pertama setelah dilakukan tes awal. Kajian ini akan mengungkap permasalahan yang terjadi dalam kajian Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam dengan menggunakan metode mind map kelompok, dengan tema Dinasti Ayyubiyah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tindakan yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa : Penerapan pembelajaran menggunakan metode pembelajaran Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan aktivitas positif siswa hal itu dapat di lihat dari tiap pertemuan persiklus aktivitas siswa yang positif meningkat dari siklus I sebesar 40,63%, 53,13%, 63,28%, dan 77,34%, dan dengan meningkatnya hasil rata-rata nilai postest pada akhir siklus ke – 1 pertemuan ke - 1 sampai siklus Ke – 2 pertemuan ke – 2, yaitu 2,42%, 12,25%, 17,33%, dan 26,45%.
