Summary:Diabetic nephropathy (DN) is one of the most common microvascular diseases in diabetes. Primary membranous nephropathy (PMN) is one of the most common causes of nephrotic syndrome (NS) in adults. Incidence of DN and PMN are increasing. DN complicated with PMN is rarely reported. We report a case of DN with PMN. Early diagnosis is very important, and appropriate treatment can often achieve good results.
