Summary:In the treatment of patients with oligodontia, factors such as patient age, developmental stage, and number of missing teeth should be considered. If the number of missing teeth is less, the patient can be treated with minimally invasive treatments, such as remaining primary teeth, autogenous tooth transplantation, and orthodontic treatment. However, when the number of missing teeth is high, conventional treatment may be limited. In this case, after extraction of the deciduous teeth, implants can be placed in the edentulous area. We report a case of oral rehabilitation with orthodontic treatment, bilateral sinus floor augmentation, and immediate implant placement in a 20-year-old man with oligodontia. The treatment was succesful, and we achieved esthetically and functionally satisfactory outcomes. KCI Citation Count: 0
