ChemInform Abstract: Ni-Catalyzed Asymmetric Decarboxylative Mannich Reaction for the Synthesis of β-Trifluoromethyl-β-Amino Ketones

The reaction tolerates a broad scope of alkyl and aryl substituted β‐keto acid substrates and proceeds with excellent yields and diastereoselectivities.
