IEC 61850应用剖析及其发展探讨
作为智能变电站的数字化基础,IEC 61850在促进变电站技术进步的同时,本身在应用中也反映出若干设计上的缺陷。在深入剖析IEC 61850标准现状和应用实践情况的基础上,反思了其成败得失。针对智能变电站的部分发展需求,不再完全局限于标准约束,提出了IEC 61850补充性框架设计思路。提出IEC 61850的变电站设备模型及其相关的服务模型可以简化,变电站配置描述语言需要摆脱低效、庞大的弱点,需要利用特定通信服务映射机制设计新的高效通信协议栈,并增强与调度端的无缝通信能力。最后利用CIM/E语言、电力通用服务协议等成果对IEC 61850进行了补充性的改进设计示例。...
