C7 complement immunodeficiency and osteosarcoma

First report of a child with absent C7 and osteosarcoma. Immune surveillance, meningococcal vaccine, and appropriate antimicrobial prophylaxis are recommended in patients with complement deficiency and osteosarcoma.
