Summary: | The performance and life of a double ring-and-trunnion under high-speed turn is affected directly by its dynamic property,because the forces applied to its parts are very complex and especially the load applied to the middle axis is variable.Through the finite element method,the mode,critically rotative velocity and dynamic response of the middle axis of a double ring-and-trunnion universal joint in ProE and ANSYS are analyzed.The result provides sufficient basis for the design,production and application of double ring-and-trunnion universal joint. |
