For this reason, intrauterine diagnosis and prognosis represent a significant challenge for the obstetricians, and the principal diagnostic tool is represented by ultrasonography. The foetus lungs were decompressed by aspiration, and after the birth, the newborn did not present hypoplasia of the lungs or any other respiratory complications.
