Summary: | Abstract Air source heat pumps are widely used and indispensable in the field of household air conditioning. However, in the low-temperature environment of northern regions in winter, the problem of frosting on heat exchangers is more severe, which restricts the development of the entire heat pump market in the north. This article conducts a simulation study on large-sized microchannel heat exchangers that can be applied to household air source heat pump air conditioners, establishes corresponding three-dimensional models of fins and heat exchange tubes, simulates the frosting situation around the louvered vertical fin and heat exchange tubes under different temperatures and wind speeds, and draws corresponding conclusions based on the simulation results. This provides a basis for further optimizing and improving microchannel heat exchangers and further supports the expansion of the use of household air source heat pump air conditioners. |
