Summary:The hoard V from Lengyeltóti (County Somogy) contained over seven hundred artefacts, most of which can be dated to the Kurd horizon (Ha A1), although there are a few articles that can be assigned to the Gyermely horizon (Ha A2). One of the most remarkable pieces in the hoard is a greave decorated with wheel-shaped motifs. Greaves were part of the typical defensive weaponry of the Ha A1 period in southern Transdanubia.
