Summary: | In Vietnam, many legal documents have been issued to set out requirements for general education innovation, emphasizing innovation in testing and evaluating educational outcomes. However, theoretical issues related to the design of measurement tools, especially standardized tools, have not been fully and systematically studied for implementation in practice. In addition, although innovation in teaching methods and assessment is focused on, teachers still face many difficulties in designing and using assessment tools. The purpose of this paper is, through systematizing research and implementation practices, to provide some theoretical and practical issues on assessment according to the 2018 General Education Program, from which some test problems and ways to solve them are proposed. |
