Summary:Secondary malignant cardiac tumors are extremely rare cases, however, since the expansive growth of the tumor quickly leads to the development of life-threatening conditions. There is still no unified treatment strategy for this type of myocardial damage, and the prognosis is unfavorable due to the progression of the disease. This clinical case represents the experience of surgical treatment of melanoma metastasis with involvement of the right atrium.
