Summary:Osteomas are benign, slow-growing osteogenic tumors commonly occurring in the craniofacial bones. They are usually asymptomatic and can be discovered in routine clinical and radiographic examination. In this paper, we present a large solitary osteoma located in the occipital region causing aesthetic deformity and headache in a 22-year-old woman. Patient underwent radiographic examination with computed tomography followed by surgical excision and histopathological analysis.
