Summary:Introduction. Identifying the range of relations included in the subject of family law regulation and clarifying their specifics is a methodologically necessary challenge that allows identifying the fundamental approaches of the legislator to solving issues arising in theory and law enforcement practice. Purpose. The purpose of the study is to identify features of relationships in the field of accounting and placement in family of children without parental care. Methodology. The researcher used methods of generalization, description, analysis, synthesis and formal legal methods. Results. It is proposed to distinguish internal family relations in the subject of family, on the basis of which the literature identifies features of family relations and external family relations, which have an auxiliary servicing character and are organizational, public, discretionary and procedural. The main purpose of these relations is to ensure the interests of the child and the realization of his right to live and be raised in a family.
