Summary:Ulnar nerve traumatic injury is one of the most frequent upper extremity nerves damages, it is revealed at 28–34% injured persons. The investigation results of 398 patients with traumatic ulnar nerve injury at different levels were analyzed. For the injury character, level and degree definition the neurological examination was used with expressiveness of motor, sensitive and trophical breaks been made more precise using additional methods (EMG, ENMG, termography, MRI), that are most informative for injury character and hardness definition.
