Summary:Parametric optimization problem connected with the minimum criterion of the integral from the dynamic square of error for systems without time delay was generally worked out and the analytic formulae were obtained which allow for calculation of the optimal value of gain for a controller in the function of object parameters (Górecki, 1971; James, 1947; Newton, 1957). The analogical problem for the control systems with time delay turned out to be very difficult. In the present paper the method of solution for this problem as well as the obtained results represented by analytic formulae have been brought forward. The adaptive control law is also proposed.
