Summary:This research has been carried out in a public school in Tenerife where a Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) project is being developed and 120 students from secondary levels have participated. In general terms, the results obtained are not positive. Thus, a comparative analysis has been carried out between the different variables and the courses to show a critical and constructive point of view about it. Finally, the conclusions, that were developed regarding several contributions made by the apprentices themselves, will contribute to reach a final reflection and to reconsider several pedagogical and linguistic aspects that are being developed in CLIL teaching.
