Summary:This paper aims to clarify features and conditions of shop accumulation, which are formed by community planning for tourism in the Yakimono-Stroll-Road District in Tokoname City, Aichi prefecture. Findings are as follows; 1) Small accumulation of 3 to 9 shops distribute along the Stroll- Road, 2) Half of shop masters had no relatives and no relation before opening shops here, and they decided to open shops by feeling the Stroll Road's character advantageous, 3) Some mediators encouraged them opening shops in this district, 4) There are many empty factories which can be converted to shops, 5) Some owners of empty factories recommended shop masters to open here, 6) Consequently it can be possible to form small accumulation of shops.
