Summary:Two new species of braconid wasps (Hymenoptera: Braconidae) collected in the Mexican Yucatan Peninsula are described. Mirax avenasp. nov. is the first species described of this genus for Mexico, Choreborogas odontofemoralissp. nov. is the second species of the genus described in the country. The new species are compared with other species in its respective genus and a key is provided for correct determination. Diagnosis and morphological character illustrations are provided.
