Summary:Correspondence to Dr Li-Kuo Huang, Radiology, National Yang-Ming University Hospital, Yilan 26058, Taiwan; huangcm69@yahoo.com.tw Case presentation A 75-year-old man had an incidental finding of a 1.7 cm spiculated lung nodule over the left lower lobe on thoracic CT scan (figure 1). The diagnosis of the chest wall mass was confirmed as a needle tract tumour implantation because its immunohistological features were identical with the primary lung cancer and the location was exactly in the needle path of previous PTNB. Management for chest wall implantation of non-small cell lung cancer after fine-needle aspiration biopsy.
