Summary: | Correspondence to Dr Li-Kuo Huang, Radiology, National Yang-Ming University Hospital, Yilan 26058, Taiwan; huangcm69@yahoo.com.tw Case presentation A 75-year-old man had an incidental finding of a 1.7 cm spiculated lung nodule over the left lower lobe on thoracic CT scan (figure 1). The diagnosis of the chest wall mass was confirmed as a needle tract tumour implantation because its immunohistological features were identical with the primary lung cancer and the location was exactly in the needle path of previous PTNB.
