In memoriam: Arthur C. Twomey, 1908-1996

Ornithologist Arthur C. Twomey died of Alzheimer's disease in Old Tappan NJ on Nov 10, 1996. In 1925, Twomey began collecting birds' eggs and specimens for sale to museums and began annual Christmas Bird Counts at Camrose with Frank L. Farley.
