Summary: | I have color-coded regions of the figure. Moving through the chapters, we will start at the top of the
figure: the head, the neck, and the shoulders. Each region will define a new chapter, and within each
chapter, there will be three sections, one per different view of the body, the front, side, and rear views.
Each chapter discusses the FORCE, anatomy, and functional shapes of those muscles. I have also
placed the color of the specific region on the edge of the pages for ease of use so you can efficiently
find regions and views of the body you want to learn about. |
