Summary:The term “telepharmacy” indicates a form of pharmaceutical care and services in which pharmacists provide pharmaceutical care to patients utilizing information and communication technology. With the widespread use of internet, many countries provide high-quality pharmaceutical care efficiently through telepharmcy irrespective of the limited pharmaceutical resource. This article reviewed the development, regulations and legislations of telepharmacy in developed countries, and examined the domestic situations in order to propose a guidance for telepharmacy in Taiwan.
「遠距藥事照護服務」是運用資訊與通訊技術，提供給遠端病人的一種藥事照護服務模式。隨著網際網路的普及，世界各國陸續採用遠距藥事照護服務的方式，來更有效的運用有限的藥事人力，提供高品質的藥事照護。本文回顧各先進國家遠距藥事照護服務的發展歷程、規範與法規，同時探討國内現況，期能做為國内未來制定相關規範的參考
