Summary:The principles of the physical description of non-inertial frames of reference are analyzed. The systems of physical reality description (PhRD) are introduced on base of generalization of the relativistic principle in special and general theories of relativity. Physical objects and their interactions from different systems of PhRD are examined. A lot of conformities between considered objects and their interactions with known physical objects and fundamental interactions both in micro- and macro-scales are found.
