Extraction of uranium and molybdenum from aqueous solutions: a survey of industrial materials for use in chemical barriers for uranium mill tailings remediation
Laboratory experiments that simulated the interaction of contaminated pore fluids with a variety of industrial minerals are discussed. The materials were evaluated for use in a chemical barrier under a repository containing uranium mill tailings.
