توزيع المواد الكربوهيدراتية في مخاطية معدة الأرنب المحلي

A histochemical study was conducted on the stomach of local rabbit to detect the type of carbohydrates present in its mucosa. The study showed that the surface epithelial cells of the mucosa, gastric pits and the mucous neck cells have glycogen, carboxylated and sulphated mucin, in addition to carboxylated mucopolysaccharides. The parietal and chief cells lining the fundic glands and the cells lining cardiac glands all contain no type of these carbohydrates, while the cells lining the pyloric glands contain glycogen, sulphated and carboxylated glycoproteins as well as sulphated and carboxylated mucopolysaccharides أجريت دراسة نسيجية كيميائية على معدة الأرنب المحلي لتحديد نوعية الكربوهيدرات الموجودة في غلالتها المخاطية. وقد أظهرت الدراسة أن خلايا الظهارة السطحية والوهدات المعدية للمعدة ككل والخلايا المخاطية العنقية المبطنة للغدد القاعية تحتوي جميعها على الكلايكوجين والمخاط المتعادل والكربوكسيلي إضافة إلى متعدد السكريدات المخاطي الكربوكسيلي. وقد افتقرت الخلايا الجدارية والرئيسة المبطنة للغدد القاعية والخلايا المبطنة للغدد الفؤادية لأي نوع من أنواع الكربوهيدرات، في حين تميزت الغدد البوابية باحتوائها على الكلايكوجين والمخاط الكربوكسيلي والكبريتاتي بالإضافة إلى متعدد السكريدات المخاطي بنوعيه الكربوكسيلي والكبريتاتي.
