Summary: | Comments on the article by R. Rogers, R. T. Salekin, and K. W. Sewell (see record 1999-03608-003) which addressed the validity of the Millon Clinical Multiaxial Inventory (MCMI-III). The major validity study for the most recent version of the test was not included in Rogers et al's literature review or analysis. As such, the current author states that conclusions reached by Rogers et al regarding the validity of the MCMI-III leave the readership with a misunderstanding of the test. Other methodological issues are also discussed. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2016 APA, all rights reserved) |
