Ichnogenus treptichnus in eocene flysch, carpathians, Poland: Taxonomy and preservation

A meandering, predepositional trace fossil is described as Treptichnus meandrinus isp. nov. The new form resembles Treptichnus bifurcus Miller but is distinguished by the rigorous meandering course of the new trace fossil.
