Unusual Complications of Iophendylate Injection Myelography: Report of a Case and Review
A patient developed visual loss 35 days following iophendylate injection (Pantopaque) myelography. Skull x-ray films revealed residual contrast material along the course of the optic nerve. The patient was successfully treated with corticosteroids.
