Chemical controls on ferrierite crystallization during diagenesis of silicic pyroclastic rocks near Lovelock, Nevada

The chemical controls on zeolite crystallization in the Lovelock deposit are examined. EPMA results are given for ferrierite (10), mordenite (2), clinoptilolite (2), K-feldspar (4) and glasses (8).
