AbstractList This article summarizes the research and views of scholars and experts on the “organization leadership” leadership model, discusses the construction of the “teaching organization” of the principal teaching organization leadership model, and discusses the core tasks of the instructional leader. Firstly, this article reviews the research on school organizational behavior, analyzes and constructs five aspects of the teaching organization leadership: 1. Professional demonstration. 2. Empowerment improvement. 3. Multiple participation. 4. Incentive sharing. 5. Can teach ideas. Secondly, construct the discussion basis of the principal’s teaching leadership model of “teaching organization” and provide five orientations for the construction of teaching organization leadership: 1. Principal hands-on, professional demonstration; 2. Soldiers available to everyone, strengthening empowerment and improvement; 3. Members help each other to expand diversity; 4.
