滇西锡铁多金属矿工艺矿物学研究

Abstract_FL The process mineralogy was studied by combining Mineral Liberation Analysis(MLA)with traditional process mineralogy techniques for a complex tin-iron polymetallic ore in western Yunnan,China.Chemical constituents,mineral composition,occurrence state of main minerals and liberation degrees of the ore were systematically studied.The results showed that the ores were mainly composed of magnetite,sphalerite and cassiterite,with their contents of 31.31%,0.44%and 0.21%,respectively.The statistical results of MLA presented that a large parts of magnetite and sphalerite were distributed in the grain size ranging from-75 μm to+19 μm,and their theoretical recoveries were 75.03%and 61.14%,respectively.The distribution rate of cassiterite which was mainly distributed in the grain size of-19 μm reached 60.83%.The rests of cassiterite were mainly distributed in the grain size range of-38 μmm to+19 μm.The results indicated that it is difficult to recover metallic tin viatraditional beneficiation technologies.Other methods such as sulfidation roasting and reduction roasting may be adopted.It lays a solid foundation for comprehensive,efficient and cleaner utilization of tin-iron polymetallic ore in western Yunnan after the systematic research.
