骨关节炎发生发展相关信号通路的研究进展

R684.3; 骨关节炎(OA)是以关节进行性退变为特征,以关节疼痛为主要临床表现的退行性疾病.在OA的发生发展过程中各种信号通路起到重要作用,目前研究较多的有MAPK信号通路、Notch信号通路、Wnt信号通路、TGF-β信号通路、NF-κB信号通路及mTOR信号通路.以上信号通路多可被外界刺激激活,在炎性反应的调控、软骨细胞及细胞外基质的代谢调节中起重要作用.通过对这些信号通路的研究,寻找通路上游或下游的关节效应因子,可为OA提供更加行之有效的治疗方法....
