蜂窝型凹凸棒石黏土吸附气相甲醛研究

TB39%X705; 以凹凸棒石黏土为主要原料,掺杂二氧化钛、硅酸钠等辅料,制备蜂窝型凹凸棒石黏土.通过静态吸附实验和动态穿透实验,对4种不同配方的蜂窝型凹凸棒石黏土进行了气相甲醛吸附研究.结果表明,蜂窝型凹凸棒石黏土对甲醛的吸附符合Freundlich吸附等温方程;静态吸附实验中,当甲醛平衡质量浓度为45 mg/m3时,配方1,2,3,4的平衡吸附容量分别为14.28,13.73,11.02,9.25 mg/g;动态穿透实验中,配方1具有更强的气相甲醛吸附能力,其实际吸附容量利用率可达78.26%;孔径为3 mm的蜂窝型凹凸棒石黏土吸附气相甲醛效果更优....
