新型MBR柔性超滤平板膜在城镇污水处理中的应用

Abstract TU992; 芜湖市某城镇污水处理厂三期工程设计处理规模为11.5万m3/d,是目前国内投入运行的最大处理规模和最低吨水运行能耗的MBR平板膜工艺污水处理厂.文中介绍了新型MBR柔性超滤平板膜分离技术结合传统AAO生物脱氮除磷工艺在该城镇污水处理厂三期工程中的应用情况,并重点分析了其对水质指标的去除效果和吨水能耗数据.从2020年12月投运以来,数据表明采用"AAO+MBR柔性超滤平板膜"组合工艺处理效果明显、安全可靠,瞬时膜通量不超过25 L/(m2·h)条件下,跨膜压差稳定在12 kPa以下,且能够保证出水水质指标稳定优于《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准,平均出水CODCr、氨氮、TN、TP质量浓度分别为11.71、0.23、9.56、0.31 mg/L,平均去除率分别为94.6%、98.5%、58.4%、86.1%,出水浑浊度也稳定在0.10 NTU以下,满负荷运行时全厂吨水能耗低至0.32 kW·h.
