杨木化机浆造纸废水的治理工程实例及分析
X793; 某企业根据其化机浆废水的水质特点,采用"加酸、预曝气+预酸化+IC反应器+氧化沟+混凝脱色"的工艺对其进行处理.运行结果表明:该组合工艺对化机浆废水具有较好的处理效果.其中,IC厌氧反应器对化机浆废水COD的去除率稳定在66%,对SS的去除率稳定在49.11%;好氧系统的COD去除率约为90%,SS去除率约为61.07%;混凝脱色处理出水COD约为75 mg/L,SS约为23.5 mg/L,处理出水水质满足《制浆造纸工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 3544—2008)的要求.该组合工艺对化机浆废水的处理成本约为6.1元/t.该工程案例可为国内外同类废水处理技术方案...
