Abstract | Provided is an information processing apparatus, which is connected to an operation device including a magnetic sensor and an operation button used for operation input by a user, and is configured to: receive, from the operation device, a detection result of the magnetic sensor and information indicating an operation performed by the user with respect to the operation button; determine whether or not the operation button has been operated, by using the received information indicating the operation; and, when it is determined that the operation button has been operated, restrict a posture of the operation device from being identified by using the detection result of the magnetic sensor. |
