Abstract | A leakage detection can be correctly performed both in a DC high voltage circuit and in an AC high voltage circuit in a vehicle-mounted power supply system. Under a state where a contactor is turned off, all IGBT elements (switching elements) in an IGBT inverter circuit are turned on, and an AC signal Vs is applied to an applying point P. Then, a voltage measured at a voltage measurement point Q is compared with a threshold value to detect whether or not the leakage exists. |
