An information source management system performs inventory management for CDs and a material information management progress programming system performs programming. An material information registration system compresses the musical numbers of the CDs for holding on a proprietary server and a proprietary server of a multi-channel sending-out system . A large number of materials are held on the proprietary server and read out from it. The read-out materials are converted in its format to a transmission format by a sending-out server so as to be multiplexed by a multiplexer . The multiplexed data is QPSK-modulated by a modulator and sent out via a selector . From the proprietary server are read out data which is sent out via dedicated network to a live PC where it is reproduced. This data is furnished again via dedicated network and encoded by an MPEG encoder so as to be sent out at the sending-out server
