Noelle Merrill, chief financial officer at EAA, has been hired as the new executive director and will take over May 9. Downey leaves a legacy at EAA as a visionary and one who can foresee the important issues that will affect seniors long before they come to light. She also promotes a workplace environment that encourages having fun on the job.
